Belle & Sebastian

The band took their name from the children's book and cult French television series Belle et Sébastien. Belle et Sébastien is about a six-year-old boy, Sébastien, who lives in a village in the French Alps (near the Italian border) with his dog Belle, a Pyrenean Mountain Dog.
